Responsibilities
- The Merchandise Sample Analyst acts as a lead liaison between merchandising offices, sample team & photo studio team to troubleshoot sample and vendor errors and own errors to resolution.
Requirements
- Ability to work with little supervision.
Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Workhorse, Sample Tracking, Salsify and Marketing Workflow experience preferred
- Strong communication skills. Comfort level in communicating with all levels in the organization and external vendors.
- Excellent supervisory, analytical and reasoning skills.
- Aptitude for finding creative solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work with little supervision. Good organizational skills; detail oriented.
- Daily reconciliation of samples to ensure data and tag information for samples are accurately labeled and entered
- Reconciling and reporting of samples that are scheduled to arrive at the studio that are not received/processed
- Assist with customer service questions, warehouse issues and product questions as needed
