About the role

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for managing deal cycles from generation through to close.
You will be the primary contact with the prospect and have the responsibilities of, qualification, demoing, providing technical assistance, and negotiating contracts.

You have at least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup
You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding your quota
You have experience working with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses
You have a passion for solving big problems and having an immediate and positive impact
Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.

Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
Successfully utilize all sales tech tools.
You're comfortable with a wide range of sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs

At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position.
We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $68,000 - $70,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region.
The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience.
At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package.
This position will also offer a variable target of $50,000.
