Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive business requirements, technical specifications, and documentation for Risk Technology initiatives.
- Analyze complex data sets and partner with management to design innovative, data‑driven solutions.
- Lead or collaborate in agile environments to deliver iterative business value and support acceptance testing standards.
- Research, evaluate, and document business issues related to workflows, processes, and system design.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, technology, or risk-related roles
- Strong experience with SQL querying, data modeling, and building dashboards in BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field (Master's degree is an asset)
Nice to have
- Experience with investment trading operations
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders across functions and levels
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
- Experience delivering training or writing technical tutorials
