About the role
- This role is responsible for driving successful deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes of DTN's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Results-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions.
- The ideal candidate combines strong project governance expertise with executive-level communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed SaaS environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go-live and early adoption.
Requirements
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects, ideally including outcomes-based or RaaS delivery models.
- PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications preferred.
Skills
- Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN's SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks.
Compensation
- The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $84,500 and $113,000.
