About the role

We are seeking a Site Superintendent to join Akash Homes in Calgary, Alberta.
This role oversees residential construction projects from excavation through possession while coordinating trades, suppliers and inspections to ensure homes are built safely, efficiently and to the quality standards Akash Homes is known for.
As Akash Homes continues to expand in the Calgary market, the Site Superintendent plays a critical role in delivering homes that meet our schedule and quality commitments.

You will manage multiple construction sites, coordinate trades and inspections, and ensure every home progresses efficiently from start to finish.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the continued growth of Akash Homes while developing your own leadership and construction expertise.
Top 3 Priorities for Your First 6 Months Successfully manage active builds across Calgary communities while maintaining schedule and quality standards.
What You'll Own Manage the full residential construction process from excavation through possession.
Coordinate trades, inspections and suppliers to maintain construction schedules.
Complete homeowner walkthroughs and manage seasonal or post possession repairs.
Collaborate with Drafting, Estimating, Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain organized, safe and professional construction sites across all assigned builds.
