About the role

- We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing center-based ABA team in Staten Island, NY.
- This position offers the opportunity to work with multiple clients in a collaborative, supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs based on client needs.
- Conduct regular parent training and caregiver support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality client care.
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and all applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Complete all required clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active New York State licensure (LBA) or eligibility to practice in New York.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Passion for providing high-quality, family-centered ABA services.

Nice to have
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities preferred.
