About the role
- Work Mode: This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
- The Production Coordinator is responsible for their shift by managing the production dept. in any capacity when / where needed.
- Escalate SLA's impact issues: Not enough staff, machine downtime or any other potential issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist Production Supervisor in developing product by machine allocation.
Requirements
- Associate degree or high School graduate
- Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
- Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to review printed documents to ensure that they meet quality standards.
- Must be a self-starter and demonstrate strong initiative.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Requires the ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
- 4+ years related industry/equipment experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
- Solid organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be flexible to work overtime, including weekends.
- Demonstrate basic machine skills.
- Basic PC skills.
- Requires standing for long periods of time
- stooping and kneeling
Compensation
- The compensation rate for this position is $21.75 - $29.04 per hour.
