About the role
- Job Overview Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging plastic lids or closures used in manufacturing processes.
- This role involves working with small components, operating basic machinery, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift) on concrete floors in a production environment.
- Regularly required to lift and carry materials, and packaging supplies weighing up to 40 lbs
- Must have fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to operate printing machinery, adjust settings, and manage small components with precision
- Ability to read print specifications, and computer screens.
- Must be able to hear equipment alerts and verbal instructions in a moderately noisy environment
- Must be able to safely navigate production areas, and storage zones with good balance and coordination

- Inspect finished products for defects, such as cracks, deformities, or improper sealing
- Operate and monitor assembly line equipment and tools safely
- Package finished lids for shipment or further processing
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
- Meet daily production targets and efficiency goals
