About the role

Job Overview Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging plastic lids or closures used in manufacturing processes.
This role involves working with small components, operating basic machinery, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift) on concrete floors in a production environment.
Regularly required to lift and carry materials, and packaging supplies weighing up to 40 lbs
Must have fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to operate printing machinery, adjust settings, and manage small components with precision
Ability to read print specifications, and computer screens.
Must be able to hear equipment alerts and verbal instructions in a moderately noisy environment
Must be able to safely navigate production areas, and storage zones with good balance and coordination

Accountabilities
Assemble plastic lids or related components according to specifications and production
Inspect finished products for defects, such as cracks, deformities, or improper sealing
Operate and monitor assembly line equipment and tools safely
Package finished lids for shipment or further processing
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
Meet daily production targets and efficiency goals
