About the role

As one of MLS's original charter clubs, RBNY has built a strong legacy both on and off the field.
The First Team plays home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey, while the Second Team competes at Montclair State University.
On the field, RBNY's First Team has captured three MLS Supporters' Shields and two Conference Championships, while the Second Team earned the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro Championship.

Minimum of 4 experience in a sales support role at a team, agency or client-based within the sports or entertainment industry.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Knowledge and experience with marketing platform integration (digital, event, hospitality, etc.)
Demonstrated experience with using ideation and creative concepting to deliver business results
Must be highly motivated, proactive, self-starter with high energy and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency with data processing, Microsoft Office applications, and social media applications.
Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company (including nights and weekends).
