- Job Description Digital Product Manager (Lead Consultant) - Producer Compensation Engine About the team The Producer Compensation team sits at the heart of how Allstate enables and rewards its sales force.
- This group builds and manages a homegrown digital platform that calculates compensation, tracks performance, and delivers insights for insurance producers (agents and employee sales teams).
- The team operates within a broader ecosystem of interconnected products and partners closely with Finance and Distribution business stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable compensation outcomes.
