About the role
- The Product Direct, in conjunction with the Enterprise Architect, assumes equal responsibility for overseeing the operational efficacy and performance of all product teams reporting outcomes to Executive Leadership.
Responsibilities

- Deep understanding of user needs, with the capacity to gather and prioritize customer feedback to drive product decisions
Requirements
- 10+ years of substantial work experience in product management, project management, or related roles Bachelor's degree in a relevant field business, computer science, and information technology
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions
- Experience Required:
Nice to have
- eCommerce (B2c) Retail experience was a must
- Leadership and Strategic experience.
- SFCC experience preferred!
- Plus, having completed Agile certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Plus, MBA or advanced degree
