- Reporting to a Construction Manager, the responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Project Planning and Execution Understand our client's needs and the scope of the project.
- Estimate resources needed to complete projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the cost report, AR and AP aspect of assigned projects.
- Team Management Manage one or more direct reports.
- Implement and enforce company and client safety policies.
Nice to have
- Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing civil engineering projects and jobsite safety.
- Able to read and understand Plans and Specifications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Plan Grid and scheduling software.
- Ability to learn new programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to communicate with internal and external personnel of all levels.
- Capable of negotiating with clients.
