About the role

The cherry picker is a lift-assist device that raises the operator up to 30 feet in the air to access product locations throughout the warehouse.

Work regularly to lift and/or move objects 10-30 lbs; occasionally, with team support, lift and/or move objects greater than 30 lbs.

May be required to climb ladders or stairs to access products stored on higher shelves.
Must be able to tolerate fluctuations in facility temperatures Must be able to tolerate an occasional high noise volume environment that includes speakers, fans, moving racks and conveyor belts.

The role requires comfort with heights and strong attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate a cherry picker (order picker lift) to access inventory located at various height levels throughout the warehouse (up to 30 feet).
Utilize advanced technology, including devices equipped with scanning capabilities, to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of order picking.
Execute accurate and timely order picking based on pick lists, ensuring the correct quantity and product are selected.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while operating the order picker, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Ensure the quality of picked and transported materials, reporting any damaged goods or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
Meet and exceed Unit Per Hour (UPH) targets for each picking channel, ensuring productivity goals are consistently achieved.
