About the role
- Job Description UFIT is hiring a strong, organized, and student-focused Site Supervisor to oversee our Yard & Physical Education (PE) Coaches on school campuses.
- This role is responsible for program quality, staff performance, student safety, and daily operations of UFIT's recess, lunch supervision, and PE programs.
- The Site Supervisor ensures that UFIT coaches are delivering safe, structured, inclusive, and high-quality yard supervision and PE instruction while maintaining compliance with school and district expectations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, support, and evaluate Yard & PE Coaches on assigned campuses
- Support onboarding, training, and shadowing of new coaches
- Maintain strong working relationships with principals, APs, and school staff
Requirements
- Strong understanding of:
- Must be able to pass:
- Review and submit required reports (EODs, incident reports, attendance, site notes, etc.)
Nice to have
- Experience supervising staff in a school, youth program, or sports environment
- Experience working with children or youth (K-12 preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in K-12 school systems (especially LAUSD or similar districts)
- Familiarity with SEL and positive behavior interventions
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Experience managing schedules, reports, and site operations
