You have demonstrated success leading and developing teams in a client-focused, service-oriented environment.
You can anticipate client needs, identify sales opportunities, and help drive growth and retention strategies.
You build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across teams and business functions.

You hold a bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
Series 65 is required within nine months of hire, and CFP certification is preferred.

Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
$167,059-$267,294 ‎
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
