About the role
- A top-notch senior product manager will have worked on numerous projects and have a firm grasp of how to satisfy consumers' needs.
- Ideal candidates will be equally analytical and creative, and able to justify decisions to a range of stakeholders.
- Define MVP experiences and quickly learn and iterate based on feedback
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of products and/or capabilities and build resource investment allocation plans grounded in data and research
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products/features which are critical to growth and retention
- Collaborate effectively with GTM partners to plan and launch products and capabilities, including alpha, beta and GA phasis with process success criteria for each phase
- Build business cases justifying investment in feature and capabilities and present to stakeholder across the org
- Proactively partner across teams to anticipate and address risk & dependencies
- Own the business outcomes including revenue of your product
Requirements
- Passion for identifying and solving problems with the ability to conduct effective customer interviews
- A GM-mindset and ability to ruthlessly prioritize against market opportunity and revenue implications and customer satisfaction
Nice to have
- Experience with 2-sided markets is a plus

- Exceptional collaboration skills working with PMs, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer success teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset
