About the role
- Free skiing riding privileges at Sugarbush and across the family of Alterra Mountain Company resorts for all eligible employees and their dependents.
- Discounted rates at non-Alterra-owned Ikon Pass destinations.
- Golf offerings and health & recreation center membership for eligible employees and their dependents.
Requirements
- Front Desk Agents must be able to maintain a friendly, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands and sometimes difficult guests.
- Experience at a hotel/front desk is preferred, but we are also prepared to train the right candidate.
- A professional personality is essential to this important service role.
- Availability for a flexible workweek (including holidays and weekends) is necessary for the position.
- Timely and reliable attendance is absolutely essential.
Nice to have
- General computer knowledge and experience with cashier/customer service is preferred while previous use of SMS or other reservations systems is a plus.
