- A previous swimming background is essential and prior experience in swim instruction is preferred.
- Group Swim Instructors must be able to demonstrate technical proficiency in the front and back crawl and the breaststroke.

Compensation
- $17.05 - $58.05 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
