Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end US onboarding and offboarding process, including contract execution and I-9 verification, ensuring a "day-one ready" experience for every new hire.
  • Visa & Immigration Coordination: Support our international talent by tracking visa statuses and coordinating with legal counsel for timely USCIS filings and renewals.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the friendly go-to contact for US-based employees regarding payroll queries, policy clarifications, and general operational support.

Requirements
