- Act as a strategic thought partner to technical leadership - bringing structured insights on global AI/ML talent dynamics and shaping long-term hiring strategies.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
Compensation
- $159,260 - $200,630 USD
