About the role
- Accurately process all new hire and employee change paperwork in a timely manner.
- Greet guests and present them with the menu, informing them about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
- Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute special projects and assignments.
- Perform the responsibilities of Servers, Bartenders, and Host/ess as needed.
- Manage guest requests, complaints and questions and ensure that all aspects are communicated to the appropriate leadership
