About the role
- As a Scrum Master you blend deep scrum expertise with a passion for mentoring and coaching and constant improvement.
- Agile Metrics & Reporting: - Track sprint progress, team velocity and other Agile KPIs ensuring continuous optimization of workflows. - Ensure transparency and visibility to management by delivering data-driven insights on team performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement within Agile teams, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Facilitate decision-making processes, helping teams to make informed decisions that support project delivery and business objectives.
- Drive Agile best practices within software development teams working on financial applications and services.
- You will have responsibility for release management coordination and participate in scaling events and activities as you manage interdependencies across scrum teams and product areas.
- You will examine and drive team performance through metrics and find opportunities for the scrum team to deliver at optimal efficiency.
Requirements
