About the role

As a Scrum Master you blend deep scrum expertise with a passion for mentoring and coaching and constant improvement.
Agile Metrics & Reporting: - Track sprint progress, team velocity and other Agile KPIs ensuring continuous optimization of workflows. - Ensure transparency and visibility to management by delivering data-driven insights on team performance.

Drive continuous improvement within Agile teams, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Facilitate decision-making processes, helping teams to make informed decisions that support project delivery and business objectives.
Drive Agile best practices within software development teams working on financial applications and services.
You will have responsibility for release management coordination and participate in scaling events and activities as you manage interdependencies across scrum teams and product areas.
You will examine and drive team performance through metrics and find opportunities for the scrum team to deliver at optimal efficiency.
