About the role

- Pay Range: $49,700.00 - $81,650.00 This Advanced Research Associate, Analytical QC position is responsible for participating in the development of various product lines.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated tests to evaluate products
- Follow protocols to support development of products
- Generate and create custom reports to deliver to sponsors
- Maintain sample inventory and logs for slide tracking
- Document results and prepare reports in order to analyze your data
- Propose and implement process improvements
- You will maintain knowledge of multiple products and procedures as well as draft and revise standard operating procedures in order to further the ongoing development of new and existing products to help advance our evolving portfolio.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 15-20lbs daily
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Requires a master's degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience Or, a bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Or, an associate degree with 7 or more years of relevant experience
- Ensure adequate stocks of required reagents and consumables to run assays
Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Must be able to work in a fast-faced environment where multitasking is required
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must work well both independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation
- $49,700.00 - $81,650.00 This Advanced Research Associate, Analytical QC position is responsible for participating in the development of various product lines.
