Requirements
- Ability to work in a controlled and dust-free environment and resolve technical and experimental issues.
- Initiative, innovation, and ability to work independently.

- Être en mesure de collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires comprenant technologues, ingénieurs, chercheurs et assistants techniques.
- Avoir un esprit d'initiative et être autonome.
- Maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Expérience dans un environnement de recherche et développement.
- Connaissance de l'anglais pour communiquer avec les fournisseurs d'équipements.

Compensation
- The annual pay range for this position is C$55,700 - C$88,900.
- Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business.

- Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
