About the role

  • Ownership and organization mean as much to you as they do to us.
  • As a Processor, you will play an integral part in ensuring all loans are processed in a timely manner and adhere to our policy and procedures.
  • This is a hybrid position with a requirement of 3 full days in our Omaha, Nebraska office.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the operations team and with cross-functional partners.
  • Independently manage and monitor a loan pipeline from application through funding consistently meeting established service level agreements.
  • Review and verify loan documentation, including credit reports, income documents and property reports.
  • Prepare and deliver disclosures and final loan documents keeping in compliance with federal and state requirements.
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements

  • Collect, review and submit required documentation to clear conditions as required from the Underwriting team.
  • Partner with third party vendors to obtain required documentation, such as title reports, appraisals and home inspections.
  • You are a motivated self-starter that is driven by production and numbers, providing a unique balance of focus on quantity as well as quality.
  • You enjoy collaborating across teams and possess an eagerness to contribute to the overall success of the company.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SalesForce, Google Suite, Microsoft Office or similar software preferred.
