Requirements

  • Master's degree may substitute for 18 months of experience
  • Bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of experience
  • or Associate's degree may substitute for six months of experience.
  • Ability to use analytic reasoning to identify alternative solutions and approaches to problems.
  • Demonstrated experience in grant writing, implementation, and program management.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience managing budgets, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of MinnState system policies, procedures, and practices.

Compensation

  • $31.08-45.01/hour
  • $64,895-93,981 annually (FY27 salary range)
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated supervisory or lead work experience, including responsibility for directing staff, coordinating work, or overseeing programs. Master's degree may substitute for 18 months of experience
  • Bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of experience
  • Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate student activities and programs using a collaborative, team-based approach.
