Master's degree may substitute for 18 months of experience
Bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of experience
or Associate's degree may substitute for six months of experience.
Ability to use analytic reasoning to identify alternative solutions and approaches to problems.
Demonstrated experience in grant writing, implementation, and program management.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience managing budgets, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Knowledge of MinnState system policies, procedures, and practices.

$31.08-45.01/hour
$64,895-93,981 annually (FY27 salary range)
Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years of demonstrated supervisory or lead work experience, including responsibility for directing staff, coordinating work, or overseeing programs. Master's degree may substitute for 18 months of experience
Bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of experience
Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate student activities and programs using a collaborative, team-based approach.
