About the role

- Formulate a short-term to mid-term plan for buying products that are imported.
- Integrate recommendations from the SIOP process into the plan and communicate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Develop viable short-term to mid-term Production Plan in line with agreed SIOP parameters and master data, capacity constraints and materials availability.
- Participation in the consensus review in the formulation of constrained demand plans to drive production.
- Support the Supply Planning Manager with information and recommendations for the SIOP process
- Proactively manage inventory levels including excess and obsolete. Provide financial forecasts for inventory to the finance team
- Collaborate with Sr Plant schedulers, Plant Schedulers, and Buyers to align daily manufacturing schedule and suppliers' PO with the production plan
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics, review & approve planning parameters and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties as assigned by their supervisor.
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or other related field or equivalent experience.

- Master Scheduling
- Knowledge of coordinating and keeping track of all the different components related to the source activity.

- The ability to travel to manufacturing plants as well as corporate office as needed.
