About the role
- Summary of Role: Head of Department Leadership Position within the advanced module manufacturing engineering team.
- The leader will enable the organization to improve manufacturing quality, delivery, cost and productivity performance.
- T he person will have people management responsibility for multiple departments and job responsibilities including equipment and process technicians and equipment and process engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of multiple module year strategies to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, Team and development factor y goals.
- Create continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.
- Ability to work across organizations to enable improved processes and teamwork with Technology Development, Characterization, Quality, Supply chain, and Procurement Ability to lead teams across shifts including equipment maintenance activities and continuous improvement activates.
- Ability to lead teams to complete complex deliverables and make appropriate engineering-based decisions.
- Ability to lead factory wide strategy imperatives to meet yearly goals.
- This position is for a n individual to lead a Fab 9 Module Engineering Organization.
- Overall equipment productivity improvement and stability is critical to this team's success and the leader will drive best practices to enable.
