Act as a friendly point-of-contact to support any new hires
Collaborate on identifying necessary training material updates or opportunities.
Maintains a high level of availability in carrying out training needs on a day to day basis.
Strong relationship building skills
We deliver organic produce, high-quality meats and seafood, plant-based proteins, dairy, bakery, wine, and other grocery items to nearly every zip code in 48 states at up to 30 percent off traditional grocery store prices.
In 2022, Misfits Market acquired sustainable e-grocer Imperfect Foods and now leverages its in-house transportation network to deliver directly to consumers with one of the most carbon-efficient grocery delivery models on the market.
This role will support the functional training of new hires, evaluate the initial performance capabilities of trainees, provide peer coaching, and assist in other onboarding activities as needed.

Experience training peers or groups desirable
Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups of students (5+ people) desirable
Must be self-motivated, highly detail-oriented and organized
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environment
Experience in fast paced environment
Ensure all required training documentation is completed properly and in a timely manner.
