About the role
- First consideration will be given to Category 1.
- PCS: Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs, MAY be authorized.
- Authorization for payment of PCS expenses will be granted ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard.
Requirements
- experience preparing clear and concise written reports
- Experience reviewing and analyzing data including technical reports, surveys, and studies.
- Experience preparing and conducting training plans and programs, both formal and on-the-job.
- Experience in administrative, investigative, or technical work which required the applicant to deal effectively with others.
- Experience collecting, evaluating and organizing pertinent facts and to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports.
- If a less than fully qualified applicant is selected, incumbent may be trained and developed until proficiency is gained to full journeyman level.
- Work assignments are selected to provide training and experience in this occupation.
- The incumbent is required to obtain increased knowledge and skill in the duties of the position at the target grade level.
Compensation
- $50k-$97k
Benefits
- The bonus will be NTE $10,000.
- Current onboard technicians, if selected, are not eligible for this bonus.
