About the role
- As an Assistant Account Manager in Mid-South Specialties, you will be responsible for any operational aspects of an account as well as day-to-day activities.
- This position will require a positive and coachable attitude to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive relationship and excellent communication with client and co-workers.

- Create Loss Summary Tracking

Requirements
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills are required.
Nice to have
- P&C Insurance License or related work experience preferred.
- If not currently licensed, it must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, i.e., MS Office, Outlook, etc.

- Possess excellent written, verbal, listening and organizational skills.
- Strong Language, Mathematical, Analytical and Reasoning ability.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency when responding to an inquiry.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
- Must possess attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Attend internal and external training classes and seminars.
- Must be able to keep information confidential.

Compensation
- The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
- 22 PTO days starting out for hourly/non-exempt employees
