About the role
- Job classification: A5905 - Cashier Salary range: $42,577.60 - $44,054.40.

- Hours per week: 40 Paid leave: 3 weeks vacation per year Deadline to apply: 4:00PM on July 23, 2026 SAIT is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cashier to join our Food Services team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming guest experience and responding to customer inquiries, dietary needs, allergies, and special requests.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and support day-to-day operational needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across multiple service outlets to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements
- As a Cashier, you will be the face of our operation, engaging with guests, accurately processing transactions, and sharing your knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and beverage selections.
- Provide guidance and recommendations based on knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor, replenish, and organize service supplies and inventory as required.
