Requirements
- Overall 6+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years relevant email experience, preferable in e-commerce space
- Experience in campaign deployment in Marketo
- Strong proficiency in HTML (ability to hand-code an email) including HTML coords Attribute and CSS/CSS3
- Hands on experience in performance optimization, A/B and multivariate testing
- BA/BS or higher degree in communications, marketing, business or related field
- Deep understanding of best practices and proven track record of launching successful email programs
- Highly analytical/data minded with the ability to convert performance insights into actionable decisions
