About the role

  • You will serve as the "right hand" to our CEO/Founder, acting as a force multiplier across business operations and investor relations.
  • We are looking for an experienced professional who possesses the grace under pressure to navigate ambiguity and the confidence to represent the CEO in high-stakes environments.
  • Travel & Presence: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex calendar, domestic/international travel, and executive offsites with precision, even when working in "shades of gray."
  • Own and drive items to resolution.
  • Manage communications and logistics across international cultures, maintaining a high level of cultural competence and professional polish. 🤝

Requirements

  • Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive business information, IPO preparations, and personnel matters.
  • Proven ability to stay calm and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Compensation

  • The anticipated salary range for this role is $140,000-180,000.

  • The role is also eligible for our company bonus plan.
  • Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional/education experience, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
