About the role

The Training Manager (On-Site) leads the development and delivery of training programs supporting Anovaeon's case processing operations within an ICE processing facility.
This role is responsible for preparing personnel to perform case processing responsibilities effectively, ensuring staff understand operational procedures, and maintaining high standards of documentation accuracy and professional conduct.
The Training Manager designs and delivers onboarding programs, ongoing training initiatives, and operational refreshers to ensure staff remain aligned with program requirements and government expectations.
