This position plays an integral role in ensuring employees-including remote users-are prepared, supported, and equipped to successfully navigate change.

General knowledge of business technology systems and computer applications.
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Knowledge of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar approaches.
5-7 years of experience in change enablement, change management, organizational development, training, business analysis, process improvement, technology adoption, or related disciplines.
Travel approximately 10-15%, as required.

Prosci Change Management Certification preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
