- This is a client-facing leadership role requiring a strong combination of delivery excellence, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and business development capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across business and technology functions.
- Drive customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Own end-to-end delivery of programs, projects, and managed services engagements.
- Lead cross-functional teams including delivery managers, project managers, architects, engineers, and business analysts.
- Manage resource planning, utilization, forecasting, and capacity management.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to create growth roadmaps for existing accounts.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple service lines.
- Support contract renewals, statement of work (SOW) creation, and commercial negotiations.
- Own account P&L and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and complex delivery engagements.
- Experience owning account growth, farming, and revenue targets.
- Experience managing distributed and offshore delivery teams.
- Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management domains.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar engagements.
Compensation
- With top clients to boast about, Synechron has a global workforce of 16,700+, and has 57 offices in 22 countries within key global markets.
- The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.
- In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Philadelphia, PA is $160k - $180k/year & benefits (see below).
