About the role

  • The Structural Heart Coordinator will function as a central figure in the overall operations of the Valve Clinic with specific emphasis on Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), and Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO) program.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements protocols for care of valve patients which are evidence based

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in cardiovascular care
  • Basic knowledge of procedures and biomedical products related to cardiology and cardiovascular procedures.
  • Experience with data management systems and familiarity with clinical data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with office software specifically Microsoft Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed.
  • Minimum of associate degree in health care field preferred or related clinical experience.
  • Current RN license in good standing

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
