About the role
- The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$108,000.00.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and programmatic support for NINDS Neurodegeneration Cluster (NDR) activities focused on Alzheimer's Disease-Related Dementias (ADRD) research.
- Support the development, planning, execution, and coordination of scientific projects and initiatives.
- Track project milestones, action items, deadlines, and maintain project documentation and spreadsheets.
- Prepare reports, presentations, charts, graphs, briefing materials, and other program-related documents.
- Organize and maintain databases, reference libraries, spreadsheets, and presentation materials.
- Communicate with investigators, program staff, and stakeholders to support research and program operations.
- Provide progress updates and support leadership reporting and decision-making activities.
- This role will support timely, accurate, and policy-compliant analysis, reporting, and coordination activities that advance NINDS Division of Neuroscience Research priorities in neurodegeneration and Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias research.
- Experience developing agendas, reports, meeting materials, and other program documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and work independently as well as collaboratively.

- Master's degree in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Cognitive Science, Biopsychology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting NIH, HHS, and/or other Federal research programs.
- Knowledge of neurodegeneration, Alzheimer's disease, or ADRD research programs.
- Experience performing portfolio analysis, research tracking, and program reporting.
- Familiarity with project management tools and tracking systems.
- Experience creating and maintaining databases, reference libraries, or knowledge management resources.
- Experience coordinating scientific workshops, conferences, or advisory committee meetings.
- Experience analyzing scientific progress reports and preparing executive-level presentations.
