About the role

  • Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours.
  • By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI.
  • We also have a no-jerks policy: we don't tolerate big egos, bad behavior or "that's not my job attitude".

Responsibilities

  •  Maintain data integrity across procurement systems and assist in data
  • Dashboard and Report Building
  •  Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as spending
  •  Support the creation and implementation of vendor management
  •  Conduct regular spend analysis and category deep dives to support
  •  Partner with Finance, Procurement Buyers and Category managers, and
  •  Manage all content related to the internal supply chain intranet site (e.g.,
  •  Provide operational support to help educate internal business stakeholders
  •  Provide input and support for continuous improvement initiatives related

Requirements

  •  Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and procurement

Nice to have

  •  Familiarity with SOX controls and public company environments preferred

Skills

  •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  Project management and influencing skills
  • data to support recommendations and insights
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  •  Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite
  •  6-10+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain,
  • preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
  •  Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau, or
  •  Advanced Excel Skills, including pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and
  • data modeling
  •  Prior experience managing teams, including remote or site-based
  •  Strong understanding of procurement operations vs. sourcing strategy
