Responsibilities
- Extreme ownership. Full autonomy. Own things end to end often taking on scope outside your core role without being asked to get things done.
- Velocity. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.
- Source and lock powered land and brownfield sites that can deliver hundreds of megawatts to gigawatts of capacity, ahead of the build pipeline.
- Build and manage a pipeline of powered-land opportunities across multiple regions, and kill weak sites fast so capital and attention go to the ones that pencil.
Nice to have
- Datacenter, industrial, or large-scale energy site acquisition.
- Utility interconnection and power markets.
- Brownfield or greenfield development.
- Title, entitlement, and land-use diligence.
