About the role
- Interns play a vital role in Young Life's camping ministry.
- Our interns are committed to Christ, first and foremost.
- Interns will strive together to serve Christ, kids, and each other.
Responsibilities
- They also have the ability to lead others, serve with excellence, and have a desire to be challenged and grow in their relationship with Christ.
- They will also have the opportunity to grow as leaders in ministry, develop Christ-like relationships, and enjoy the fun and beauty of camp.
Requirements
- At least 2 years out of high school or are at least 20 years of age.
- Must be willing to commit to full term of the internship program, as well as the duties and expectations listed below.
- Staff must be able to convey a sense of Christ-like hospitality and concern for guests and staff.
- and (b) subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith.
Nice to have
- Past experience on summer staff or work crew at a Young Life camp, or some other camping ministry, is preferred.
Compensation
- A willingness to fundraise part of your salary is required.
