You'll help create standout customer experiences by connecting with shoppers, sharing product knowledge, and making every interaction feel authentic.
Teamwork: Collaborate with the crew, stay open to coaching, and bring a reliable, positive attitude to every shift.

Physicality: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25-30 lbs regularly.
Previous retail or customer service experience (required).

Strong communication, comfort with POS technology, and the ability to make a customer feel valued.

The anticipated salary range for this role is:

Retirement: 401(k) plan with Company Match.
Paid Time Off: 2 days of PTO, and sick leave.
Requirements: Must be 18+, able to commute to North Reading, MA, and have flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
