Responsibilities
- We partner with over 60 school districts-including Kaiser Permanente-reaching more than one million students nationwide.
- In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive.
- 🧠 Professional support - Clinical guidance from experienced team leads and a clinical director to help you meet and exceed your goals
- Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment
Requirements
- Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
- Most of our clinicians choose to provide 10 sessions per week, but you can see as many clients as you'd like.
- We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling-so you can focus on care
- Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
Compensation
- $75-$90 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations.

- As a W-2 employee, you'll receive:
- 💰 Base salary of $55,000/year with the opportunity to earn over $115,000 annually through monthly session bonuses ($70 per session beyond 17/week)
