Job Family: Manufacturing & Operations Job Description: Under the direction of management, exercises responsibility for execution of Engineering strategies and tactical plans at (HIAMS)AM sites.
Position serves as a corporate resource to all Engineering staff and management teams at all sites.
This position exercises independent judgment routinely and operates within established guidelines.

Supervisory responsibilities may be possible to perform the job duties as designated by area management.

Knowledge, skills & abilities: Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
Required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Minimal domestic travel may be required as needed.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or Associates Degree preferred.

Working Conditions:
Physical Demands: Required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work 40 - 60 hours per week, including weekends and holiday work. Overhead work and working at heights when necessary.
Travel: Minimal domestic travel may be required as needed.
Work Environment: Working in an office environment with exposure to manufacturing areas.

High School diploma or equivalent.
Technical certification or Associates Degree preferred.
Less than 3 years prior related experience preferred.
Job level determined by various factors such as organization size, responsibility, career stage, and capabilities.

Analyzes indicated and calculated results in relation to specifications and improvement objectives, and modifies or adjusts as needed.
Confers with appropriate departments to ensure efficient and effective review and implementation for completed job tasks.
Uses technical knowledge and excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide direction as needed.
