About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, build, validate, and maintain electrical and mechanical manufacturing test solutions, including automated test equipment and custom test fixtures
- Leverage manual, subtractive, and additive manufacturing tools and techniques to meet fixture design and performance requirements
- Perform hardware-level debugging of test systems, including instrumentation and interfaces
- Collaborate with manufacturing, design, process, and quality engineering teams to meet fixture design requirements of all shareholders
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, procedures, and reports
- Familiarity with schematic and PCB design tools such as Altium, KiCad, QElectroTech

Requirements
- Applicants must be candidates for a Bachelor of Science degree in any of the following fields: Electrical, Computer Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or similar programs.
- Familiarity with modeling software such as SolidWorks /Creo or AutoCAD
- Familiarity with fabrication tools such as calipers, hand tools, 3d printing, etc.
- Familiarity with measurement tools and equipment such as DMM's, Oscilloscopes, Data acquisition systems (DAQ), etc.
- Experience with project management tools such as Gantt charts, Microsoft Project/Planner, etc.
