About the role
- We're looking for a Business Operations professional to help scale the operating system behind one of the fastest-growing AI-native GTM companies.
- You'll work on the highest-priority initiatives, tackle ambiguous problems, and help turn strategy into action.
Responsibilities
- Partner with company leadership to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Build and maintain operating cadences that improve alignment, accountability, and execution across teams.
- Analyze business performance and develop insights that inform key company decisions.
- Lead cross-functional projects spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Recruiting.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes that enable growth.
- Support executive decision-making through financial, operational, and strategic analysis.
- Are highly analytical and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
Requirements
- Have 3-10 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, Finance, Chief of Staff, or a similar analytical role.
Compensation
- Own core business planning processes, including annual planning, quarterly OKRs, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
