About the role
- Headquartered in Toronto, the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) is responsible for investing in new infrastructure projects.
- In addition, you are accountable for delivering and operationalizing portfolio reporting outputs, translating strategic priorities into high-quality, production-ready dashboards and reporting solutions.
- This role is accountable for reporting outputs, insight generation, and data integrity, operating within the business while partnering closely with IT.
Nice to have
- Translate business questions into well defined metrics, definitions, and visuals with established standards that enable clear executive decision-making
- Define business data and reporting requirements and priorities, and work with IT and systems owners to improve data sourcing (tables/views, refresh schedules, access) and reduce manual reporting
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence, with hands-on delivery in Power BI
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Experience supporting investment or portfolio reporting, with strong understanding of commitments, funding, valuations, cash flows, performance, and pipeline reporting.
- Experience in infrastructure or related private assets environments is strongly preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting insights to senior leaders and influencing decisions
- Strong Power BI capabilities with a focus on translating business requirements into scalable, decision‑ready reporting outputs
