Partner with leaders on workforce planning, org design, capability gaps, and succession - bringing data and structured thinking to the conversation.
Influence organizational decisions that shape how teams evolve (level design, team structure, role clarity, build vs. buy, AI-driven redesign).
Own onboarding so new hires ramp quickly and integrate cleanly.
Co-design development plans and, when needed, performance improvement plans - grounded in Success Profiles and behavioral evidence.
Read retention signals for your portfolio and act on them; own exit conversations and close the loop on what you learn.
People & Culture is central to that transformation - strategic, valued, and helping build what comes next.
AI is a core lever, and you'll work alongside leaders who expect you to bring the same rigor to people strategy that they bring to their own functions.

3-5 years in a generalist HR/P&C role with HRBP and full-cycle recruitment ownership
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field - or equivalent operator experience
Working proficiency (or a clear appetite) with a modern P&C stack: HiBob, Greenhouse, Deel, Basecamp, Slack, Google Suite
Strong command of Quebec employment law and fully bilingual (EN/FR) professional communication
Demonstrated use of AI tools in your workflow - bonus points for prompts, GPTs, or automations you've built that scaled your impact
People analytics fluency: comfortable pulling, interpreting, and presenting HR data
