About the role
- This role provides operational leadership for a large pragmatic clinical trial and related stakeholder engagement, implementation science, and data coordination activities across multiple health systems and academic institutions.
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex clinical research programs, multicenter studies, or grant-funded initiatives involving diverse stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager will collaborate closely with physician investigators, research coordinators, statisticians, data scientists, patient partners, and external collaborators to ensure the successful execution of study activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverable tracking systems.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among investigators, research coordinators, data teams, stakeholder partners, and external collaborators.
- Organize and support Steering Committee, investigator, stakeholder, and site coordinator meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Support implementation of study protocols across participating sites and assist with resolving operational challenges.
- Collaborate with finance and grants management teams to monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with sponsor requirements.
- Serve as a central point of contact for participating institutions and research partners.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and sponsor policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical project management related experience required.
- 5 Years of Experience
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience managing multicenter clinical research studies, clinical trials, or research networks.
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple institutions or clinical sites.
- Experience with federally funded, foundation-funded, or industry-sponsored research programs.
- Knowledge of clinical research regulations, IRB processes, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Experience with REDCap, clinical trial management systems, and other research platforms.

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $40.35 (entry-level qualifications) - $62.52 (highly experienced) The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.
